Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Reservation Modifications: Guests may request reservation modifications, such as changes to their reservation dates, subject to availability, without incurring any modification fees, provided the request is made in advance of the check-in date.

Refunds for Special Circumstances:

Accidents or Flooding: Refunds will be provided for cancellations made due to accidents or flooding that directly impact the guest’s ability to stay at KampungStay@Teluk Buih. Proof of the accident or flooding may be required.

Refund Charges:

Refund Charges: In the event of approved refunds for special circumstances, a refund charge will be deducted from the original reservation amount. The specific refund charge amount may vary depending on the circumstances and the cost associated with processing the refund.

No-Show Policy:

No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not provide prior notice of their cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing:

Refund Method: Refunds for approved special circumstances will be processed through the same payment method used for the original reservation. Refund Timeframe: Please allow 14 business days for refunds to be processed. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
